With the formation of Legendre-BinSulaiman, OBS Group is now looking to take the offering to their current and future customers to a more efficient level and obtain global reach.

OBS Group, which has diversified activities across the Middle East, Europe & Asia, has teamed up with Legendre Transport & Logistic Group to launch a new logistics joint venture in the UAE.

The new company Legendre-BinSulaiman is based in Dubai and is owned 50/50 by each company. Since its soft launch a few months ago, it has already acquired an impressive portfolio of clients in the logistics sector.

Benoît Honnart, International Director and member of the Board of Directors of the Legendre Group, has been put in charge of the new company.

“We are collaborating with a strong and well-known partner with regional insight. We want to use our expertise to cast a wider vision at these changing markets,” he said in a statement.

OBS has been active in the region’s transport and logistics industry for many years through its subsidiary OBS Global Logistics. With the formation of Legendre-BinSulaiman, OBS Group is now looking to take the offering to their current and future customers to a more efficient level and obtain global reach.
